  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Australia-Wide

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location. We use Shippit as our shipping integration partner to provide real-time shipping estimates from a range of carriers.

While every effort is made to ensure shipping costs displayed at checkout are accurate, shipping rates are estimates only. In rare circumstances, actual shipping costs may differ due to factors such as incorrect dimensions, weight variations, remote delivery locations, carrier surcharges, oversized items, or system errors.

We always strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible and will work with customers to find the most cost-effective delivery option available.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Custom Size Orders

Products supplied in custom sizes may require an individual freight assessment due to variations in dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery location.

For custom size orders, shipping costs displayed at checkout may be estimates only. Once the order specifications have been finalised, Plaza Water Treatment Services will calculate the actual shipping cost and advise the customer prior to dispatch if any additional freight charges apply.

We will always endeavour to obtain the most competitive shipping rates available and keep freight costs as low as possible. Should the actual shipping cost exceed the amount initially charged, our team will contact you to discuss the available shipping options and obtain approval before dispatching your order.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.
  • Some large, bulky, oversized, or remote-area deliveries may require additional shipping charges or special delivery arrangements. If applicable, our team will contact you before dispatch.
  • Customers located in regional or remote areas may be contacted for a freight review if carrier surcharges apply.

Authority to Leave

If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL), your parcel may be left at the nominated delivery address without obtaining a signature.

Once the courier confirms delivery, Plaza Water Treatment Services accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to parcels delivered under an ATL request.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • Details of the issue

Our team will investigate and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
